Hi Anirban, you can go for National Gepgraphic NTGR004TCF or Manfrotto MT055PRO 3 with a 3way head or Ball head. Both are very Sturdy, and Alimunium made. It can go flat on the ground and has a capacity weight of above 10kgs. If you want to go for a Carbon fibre body, then you need to increase your budget. In that case, you can check out the LeoFoto Ranger series tripod. But along with the head it will be quite above 20k.
