  Regarding issues with my canon r5 autofocus

  hi Sudhir sir, I recently purchased canon r 5 , went through your ultimate guide to canon r5 and r6 and adjusted all parameters it’s working fantastic with my ef 500 mm f4 is 2 lens, now the only issue iam facing is whenever I switch over from one place to another my r5 is not able to autofocus and I need to manually adjust my lens for it to autofocus, can you help me out regarding this issue

  Sorry, what do you mean by switch over from one place to another? Need more information about the auto focus settings.

  Sir, I have set the autofocus to intelligent tracking mode with eye tracking and whenever I switch from one bird to another bird sitting on a different perch my r 5 is not able to autofocus and the previous image is seen through the viewfinder and I need to manually adjust my lens for the camera to autofocus need your valuable help sir

    If the background is too busy/ distraction – like bushes very near to subject – R5 has focusing issue. R5 focuses/ tracks subject very well if the background is far away from the bird .
