  • Beginners dilemma for DSLR or Mirrorless camera in current time

    Hi Experts,

I have a confusion while purchasing DSLR camera for beginners, it seems Manufactures are going/or stopped producing lenses for the DSLR (I came to know from multiple camera Vendors). so is this true or just vendors are pushing for mirrorless and others who wants to clear their stock?

Also from the course “camera and lens”, sir was talking about the advancement in the mirrorless cameras, so is it wise to go ahead with mirrorless than DSLR? In terms of lens for mirrorless camera I can see range of lens are now available on canon website (not sure whether it cover all range of genres).

So In case if I would go for mirrorless camera than what would be your suggestion for beginner having budget around 70-80K from any manufacturer?(this includes additional lens mainly for regular usage and a starter for wildlife photography).

    Thanks in advance.

Buying a camera Len’s mainly depends on your genre of shooting as well. Please do mention that.

yes, going forward the mirrorless technology is what all manufacturers will focus on. Better to go with it.

I had the same confusion while trying to upgrade from Nikon D5300. There are lots of options available in the market but for wildlife there are certain specific conditions that a camera body must meet….budget was also a problem for me ..since I already had a Nikon 200-500 MM lens I went ahead with Nikon ZF mirrorless camera body only with FTZ adapter.

i am going to use this setup for sometime applying all the knowledge from lessons before investing more on lenses ( probably a prime)
