  Compatibility of Nikon lenses

  I am planning to buy Nikon Z 50II (DX). Are all the Z mount lenses from Nikon compatible or I need to use only the DX lenses

  • All Z mount lenses (FX and DX) are compatible.

  • For full field of view and portability, stick to DX lenses.

  • FX lenses work perfectly, but with a 1.5x crop — good for telephoto or future-proofing.

  all fx/dx lenses useful but fx lenses have 1.5 x crop.

  but you will purchase FTZ adaptor for using that lenses.
