  Eye Focus – Sony A 6000

  I have configured AEL button on Sony A 6000 for eye focus.

  While I keep focus area ‘Wide”, Single shot focus mode, not getting green sq on eye. What I could be doing wrong pl.

  Test with turning Pre-AF and AF w/shutter OFF.

  If that does not work, I would say try testing using a small focus area.

    Did not work . Looks like limitation of A 6000

      With Focus area wide + AF-S , it worked on humans.

      Birds/Aminals : Not sure – wil try

  Please check if your camera has the animal eye tracking feature. And keep the focus point on expanded tracking mode.

    OK, It only has eye focus (Humn/Animal/Bird options : No)
