I want to ensure that the processing of RAW images through Canon DPP to render near accurate results and I think that your screen needs to be properly calibrated. Has anyone calibrated MacBook ? Or it is not really required ?

What level of brightness should I keep for the screen ?

What precautions to be taken when post processing in the night or daytime ?

Usually MacBook display is set at Colour LCD. And there are options as sRGB , Adobe RGB (1998) etc.
