I am a retired HR Head from a leading truck manufacturing company in Chennai. After retirement, I actively pursued my passion for astronomy, bird photography, and travel.

I own and use advanced equipment including telescopes, tracking mounts, a planetary camera, and a Canon EOS R with a Sigma 150–600 mm lens. I am deeply involved in astrophotography, a highly challenging and rewarding field, and have also embarked on bird photography with great enthusiasm.

I joined this course to further enhance my knowledge and refine my technical and creative skills in these areas.

Astrophotography is shooting of stars, nebulas, planets, messier objects, comet etc by using telescope or without telescope. For example for milkway you should attempt only with DSLR not with telescope because of its size. It is an interesting subject and highly challenging. You would come across many failures first and then feel “wow” and shoot sharp image of distance objects.

Thank you for showing interest in astronomy
