Will 6600 instructions be sufficient for me with A 6100 camera? I joined the course today.

Yes, the menu options are almost the same and you can refer it.

I love to click wildlife specially birds. But many a times i found the bird or any other animals behind a branch or leaves . So while using auto focus instead of bird branch or leaves become the focus. What is to be done in this situation
