I currently own a Nikon D5600 camera and have a couple of lenses max upto 200 mm.

I’m interested in upgrading my camera with a Nikon and a long lens as I intend to venture into wild life photography.

can you please suggest a suitable Nikon camera and a good long lens?

Is the Tamron SP 150 – 600 mm f/5 – 6.3 Di VC USD G2 lens for Nikon DSLR camera a good lens?

Thanks in advance for your support.

As a beginning, please check http://www.ssp.photo/best

Based on your budget you can select a combination of lens and camera. If it’s more of wildlife and less of birds, then Nikon 200-500 is a better option.

I have purchased Nikon D7500 past 3 months. It cost me around 75K with 18-140mm(a great deal!) It has a lot( lot more than I needed). I love portraits, street and night photography. Now I am feeling that I would have purchased better lens and filter for my Nikon D3100. As it is heavy, and with lens it’s hard to do street photography. Also Nikon D3100 dose the job fine.

Still if you feel to buy, D7500 is a great camera. If you have little more budget, go for D750.
