I have recently shifted from a DSLR to a mirrorless camera(Sony A7iv). I have noticed tiny specs of dust in my pictures. After doing a sensor cleaning these disappear. How often should we do this in mirrorless cameras? I have observed that after a couple of days of not using the camera, the sensor gathers dust. I never remove my kit lens from the mount and always store my camera in a bag.

    Thank you in advance.

I am just doing guess work. Could there be some dust trapped between your lens and sensor? Remove the lens, face the camera downwards, run camera sensor cleaning program. Fit the lens again. See if the issue is solved.
