I have two options of camera
1. Canon EOS 200D II DSLR Camera EF-S 18-55mm IS STM and 55-250 mm IS STM (Black)
2. Canon EOS 1300D DSLR Camera Body with Dual Lens: EF-S 18-55 mm IS II + EF-S 55-250 mm F4 5.6 IS II
Which one should I get

I am also confused in 200D Mark ll, R50, R10. My primary priority would be photography. And I also have one more offer that 6D Markll (2nd hand) please suggest.

Reasons: Better Mega pixels.
Higher ISO range.
Continuous shooting at 5fps.
Touchscreen
flip out screen
Image stabilisation.
