Instagram post (dated March 06 2023) shooting techinque
Hi @sudhir sir,
I am bit eager to understand about the Image no 3 of golden hour series which you posted today on Instagram. Could you please help us to understand how did you shoot the 3rd Image, as it stand out from others I meant that blur effect in the foreground.

Very simple. The bird was in an open field. Placed the bird on top of the frame and focused it. Since it was 400mm f2.8 , it gave a very shallow DoF and hence the foreground when out of focus.

Oh oh! f2.8 and hence we get such effect. Since mine is very high (f5 to f6.3) usually I won’t get such effect.. Thanks for quick response sir.

You will definitely get the effect even with f5.6 lens. It’s easy. Please do go through the blur out of focus background course.
My course has answer for almost every issue faced by photographers. All it takes is to go through the course and understand it ????
