Last and final time need suggestions..
I know I asked many time about camera here.. But now this is last time I am asking because after doing a lot of research I am stucked between Nikon Z6ii and Sony Alpha 7M iv.. Sony is little bit out of my budget but I can manage. Please suggest me which is better and why should I choose one over other..

Make clear of your purpose and check the lenses of your requirement. Whichever brand has right lenses for you, go with that brand.

My purpose to buy camera for wildlife photography.

Camera is not the sole factor. It depends on many factors primary one being the lenses you own and your previous gear. A camera in itself will not help

I only have nikon z30 camera with kit lens and a second hand 70-300mm lens.. And nothing else..

If it is for wildlife, then the combination has to be Sony 200-600 and the corresponding camera based on budget. Reason – The AF in Sony which is very critical for wildlife photography currently cannot be matched by other brands you are trying to consider.

Is AF of all A7 series are good or It is specifically to A7 IV or A7III ?
I also saw there is advantages in Nikon Z6ii on Focus stacking and Focus bracketing.
@sudhir_shivaramyahoo-com Can you please give your comment on focus bracketing and stacking? What that means and What advantages it has in Photography?
