  Need suggestion on lens for canon R7

  Hello Sir , Recently I have upgraded from my canon 700d body to canon R7 now I am confused on the lens part I am planning to start on wildlife and bird photo shoot is going with basic RF 100-400 is good or considering used EF L IS2 100-400 with adapter is a good option can you please suggest

  PS : I have old lens of 700d 18-155 , wide angle 11 mm and prime 50mm lens with me as well
