New Laptop for editing
Hi all,
Wanted to buy a laptop (preferably Windows), the one which is best for editing images. Which brand and what specifications should I go for? Budget can be stretched if value addition is worth it. You all can enlist your experience as well suggest. Thanks in advance. -

While choosing any hardware, consider brand for sales and support. But the specifications are more important. Better invest on a latest processor( Intel Gen 11/12 i5/i7, or Mac M1/M2) and at least 16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD preferably with good display(1080 P/ QHD). Also read reviews about the selected model from a trusted reviewer before purchasing.

Well, that’s what I did. After online research and going through lots of reviews I opted for ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED (2023) Intel Core EVO i5-13500H, 13th Gen, 15.6, 2.8K 120Hz OLED Laptop( 16GB/512SSD/Windows 11/ Office 2021/75WHr)”. Thanks for your valuable input.

As you mentioned about budget you can try getting refurbished laptop, it gives you the opportunity to get the required minimum configuration. I recently bought Lenovo IdeaPad 3 i5 11th gen with 8gb Ram, 512gb Ssd, 4gb graphic and full HD display. Its almost like new working flawless and i got some 6month service warranty too.
