Hi I am Poornima Balagopal.
It was my uncle’s photograghs that had invoked my interest in photograghy. Way back I started with a sony point and shoot camera. Then once when I was travelling, I had borrowed a canon poweshot from my friend as my camera was damaged. And the photos taken with that camera , I was really impressed with that and I wanted to upgrade my then basic camera to a little bit advanced and thus ended up buying my first DSLR (Canon 1100 EOS) without knowing what is a DSLR .
So as a part of learning how to use my DLSR, I had tried and tested with it for about 6 to 7 years and attended a few workshops & trainings . And slowly learnt to use Manual mode .
Then I had changed to Canon EOS 70D and I have been using this one for the last 5 years or so.
However carrying a DSLR when you are travelling and using it has become a bit of trouble . So I was looking for a camera which is easy to carry while travelling but can also have those functions I use. And thus ended up buying Canon EOS R100 with 18-45mm &55-210mm lenses.
Although I am not specific to any Genre, I like more of nature/landscape/animals/birds/candid.
After being put aside my photography learning for a while, I wanted to restart esp after I bought my new camera (the Canon EOS R100) . I usually follow Sudhir sir’s photograghy . So when I found out about this this all-in-one-pack course , I was really happy to join the course and learn from him.
