My Budget – 4L including Lens (Initial investment only for 1 Body + 1 Lens)
Which all Gears would you suggest
My option as per my homework : Canon R6 + 24-105 USM + 85MM Prime Lens
Sony A7M3K + 24-70 + Zoom lens (not sure which they have)

I would suggest nikon z8, may strech your budget a bit but would be best in the business

i recently got Canon R5 with kit lens 24-105 f4 in 355000, and other accessories it is really good Camera and I’ll suggest must include kit lens

I am a canon users (R5 + R) but if you’re starting new and not invested in a system . Go with Nikon or Sony . Rf mounts are too expensive and also no third party lenses at this point in time . Z8 is a amazing option.
