May i request you to let me know whether EF lenses can be mounted over R ( mirror less ) bodies and vice-versa , i.e. , and RF lenses can be used with EF mount bodies ?
Also, is mirror less bodies superior to EF bodies ?

EF lenses can be used on mirrorless bodies by using a RF adapter. Not the other way around.

EF lenses can be used on mirrorless bodies with an adapter. The other way around is not possible I believe.
There are several advantages with mirrorless- many online reviews.
