Recommended Settings for Sony A6400 Master Settings
After I bought the camera and before I received it, I spent many hours reading the manual and watching YouTube videos on settings. I find videos from Jason Vong and Maarten Heilbron on a6400 settings helpful, but not comprehensive.
As with my previous cameras, I note down my camera settings in Apple Notes. This way, I have access on my iPhone, iPad, Mac. I always try to keep my settings consistent.
FYI. Below is what I use for my camera setting. Some are just personal preference; some are due to the way I shoot. So it might not work for everyone.

Honestly, as a photographer there is no need to write down the settings. Rather understand what those settings does and you need to keep changing certain settings depending on situation.
I especially noticed that the AF-C priority setting is set to AF. This will lead to issues in low light situation. I also noticed that you have set colour profile to sRBG. If you shoot in jpg mode as well, then it should be Adobe RGB.
Of course I did not go through the entire settings. Do go through the Sony camera course for A6600. It’s almost the same as your camera model. I explain everything about all the settings. Understand all the settings and arrive at your own settings.
