Please suggest a starter telephoto lens kit for my d s l r 1500 D from following options :

Thanks . I had done the module on camera and lens and checked the recommendations. I wanted to know the feed back for canon EF 70-300 f/4-5.8 II USM versus 75-300 F/4-5.8 III USM as the cost difference is almost double . Is image stabilisation an important differentiator ? As also the aperture difference?
Will Sony lens mount on the EF EOS
system ?
