Unable to upload image
Dear friends.
I hope you all are doing well.
I am facing an issue while uploading image on this platform. I am getting error like ” unsupported media” ,may I know the reason? any setting needs to be corrected?

The same thing happens with me. I doubt it’s kind of restrictions.

We have found out that this issue happens only on Android phones where the photos are stored on google photos and not on local phone. It will take time to fix this issue.
Alternatively you will have to upload images from a comp or any device where photos are stored locally.
