Both lenses are gold but issue is low light performance . F11 is not a desirable f-stop for wildlife specifically during dawn or dusk when the animals are most active .

Yes , these lenses are good in goos lighting conditions.

I was in the same situation and went for Rf 100-500, very sharp lenses but not good for low light situations.

I am thinking for buying used Ef 400mm f2.8 + ext as I cannot afford to invest in Rf600 f4 as this point in time .
