Hi though 150-600mm would be nice combination with any body. I would suggest on buying Nikkor 200-500mm f5.6 aperture as you would like move to mirrorless in future it would work great. You will have to sacrifice 100mm extra reach but you will get wide aperture throughout the focal length.
I have been using it for more than a year its a good lens.
