    Aditya, One issue with upgrade is – if you keep waiting, you will keep waiting forever and will miss the opportunities from now till then.
    Just go for Sony A9 III. Regarding the lens, you cannot compare a 1.5 lakh lens to a 12 lakhs lens. So no comparison between 200-600 and 600mm f/4 lens. If you can afford, then go for the 600mm lens.

    Regarding the accessories, these are the recommended ones:
    1. Leofoto Ranger LS-365C tripod

    2. Leofoto BV-15 fluid head

    3. Leofoto MPQ-325C monopod

    4. Leofoto MPG-01 monopod head
