Not an expert but my understanding says, keep aperture high for landscape photos because you need full depth of field unless you are trying to focus on any particular structure. ISO usually around 1000 works for low to normal light but it will purely depend on the light you have. Landscape photos usually won’t need very fast shutter speed.

Camera: Nikon D7500, lens: 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6
my settings were: ISO-250, S – 1/250sec, Max Aperture – 4, WB – Auto
