App crashing after some time

App crashing after some time
Since 2 days back the app has started crashing after working for some time. It works fine till around 10 mins and then crashes displaying message as per attached image.
App support team please look into it. I am using One plus 10R phone.

Have you updated to the latest version of the App ?
Can you pls let us know what version of App, and the sequence of events which led to it.
