App loading issue
Posted by Pankaj Sisodia on March 11, 2023 at 7:28 amFor past 3-4 days, almost every time I need to click twice on app icon to open it. On first click, app just closes after one flick on mobile. Then on second attempt app opens properly but very slow in loading.
Many times following error occur and need to re-login. Is anyone of you is facing the same?

Thanks for taking this issue to the platform..I too am facing these problems,,,The app upload time is relatively very slow in comparison to other similar apps.. many times the login issue occurs and it doesn’t remember the login details.

Yes ,app processing is too slow.opening pics to larger view doesn’t happen.

If it is Android, can you please update the App to the latest version. Released a new version just a couple of days back.
Also, I will be moving the entire platform on a new server pretty soon. Doing some research to get some high frequency servers with a different kind of web server designed for this App.

I purged the cache of the App and the platform. Update to latest version on Android / hard refresh the App once. And let me know.

Sir, I am on Android, and recently uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no change in the performance. Each time I have to click the app icon twice to open as at first instance it always close down.

Can you please let me know the App version you are using? Go to More->Settings->About. Send me details of Core Version and Build Version.

Sir, Core version is 1.9.2 and theBuild version is 0.0.3(4)

Pankaj, Uninstall the App from your Android device. Then download the below APK file and install the App and let me know if the issue goes away.

Sir, after installing the given APK, the issues of load time error and trying twice to open the app are gone. And, if the app is in minimized mode then load time is also negligible. It is working fine.
