Every post is triggering email alerts and notifications
Hello Sir.
I assume that after a recent test, every post is triggering email alert and notification. Previously the alerts used to be only for response to our post or the messages. That way it was easy to monitor and respond back.
Is there anything settings that we need to change to get notified only for the responses?

This is a new feature introduced. You can go to your Account -> Notification settings and turn it off, or control what notifications you want on e-mail, browser, App.

Dear Sudhir, When I try changing the Notification Settings, the app hangs & I have no option but to close the app. I am unable to make any changes to the Notification Settings. Please kindly help resolve this issue. Regards, Dr. Ketan Rao

Dear Ketan, I see that you have already turned off the e-mail and web notifications. Do you want to turn off the App notification too? You can log into your account from a browser and change the settings.
Also, please let me know the App version (iOS or Android) which you are using. Please do upgrade to latest App version in case you have not done. Please let me know.

Please check my response above. You need to configure what e-mail notifications you want in your settings.
