1) What is the difference between the old website, new website, old App, and New App?
- http://www.sudhirshivaramphotography.com – is for all subscribers of “All courses + Exclusive add-on, Canon/Nikon/Sony Bundle, and individual courses”.
- https://learn.sudhirshivaramphotography.com – is for all subscribers of the All-In-One Pack
- old SSP App is a standalone App with no connection to the website database and so is not in sync with the website.
- New SSP App is connected to learn.sudhirshivaramphotography.com so that you can access all your courses/content via the website or the App and the content is synced in real time.
2) How do I download the new SSP App?
For Android, downloaded from the below link from Google Playstore:

To check if you are part of the new platform, follow the below steps:
1. Visit https://learn.sudhirshivaramphotography.com/members/
2. Search for your profile using your e-mail id under Filter Results
3. If you see your profile, then you just need to reset the password at the below link and start accessing the platform:

4) How do I reset the password for my account on the new platform?
Please click on the below link to reset the password on the SSP Community Platform:

This happens if you still do not have an account on the Learn SSP platform. If you subscribed via the SSP Website for the All-In-One pack, then you will be given access soon.
6) How do I upload images to the group?
To upload images to any group you need to join the group. Click on the “Groups” menu on the top bar of the website and then you will be able to see + Join Group.7) I do not get the +Join Group option.
That happens if you have not logged into the website and if you are not an All-In-One pack subscriber. Do subscribe to our online photography course All-In-One Pack and start participating in all activities of the community platform.8) What are the image posting guidelines?
- You can upload a max of 1 image per day per user across all groups.
- Your image needs to have a title, location, description of how the image was shot or your thought process, your own critiques of the image, camera/lens used along with EXIF information.
- Max image size allowed is 2 MB
9) I uploaded an image and it was deleted. Why?
You may not have followed the above posting guidelines.10) What is the recommended image dimension for upload?
- For better impact on phone viewing, keep dimensions as 1080×1080 px
- You can post 1080×1350 which is a recommended dimension for Instagram
- You can post 1200×800 px or similar dimensions for horizontal images
11) How do I post in the discussion forums?
You need to subscribe to the specific discussion forum and then you can start posting.12) I do not see an option to upload images in the discussion forums.
Currently, the image upload option for discussion forums is disabled. You are welcome to share links from your google drive, drop box or other options to share images/documents.
