As a beginner in photography and new to post processing, which course of Sudhir Sir should I take first-Photoshop or Lightroom Classic.
If I have to pay monthly charges for the software which is cost effective.

Go for Lightroom Classic. There are offers in creative cloud for the Photographers Package. Go for that. You get both photoshop and LRC in that.
