I completed Camera & Lens Buying Guide:
Should I also complete Basics and Advanced Fundamentals of Photography and then get the camera or should I have the camera while learning basics and advanced photography?

Being a beginner, I am not able to chose the genre as well. So, I want to get started. Maybe I would not do wildlife or bird photography in the beginning (though I am interested) maybe I want to explore all genres. I am not sure.

Is not having this clarity is not good for my learning? Do you suggest me to start with a genre or something?

Budget maximum I can have is 1L.
