<p>I was watching the custom white balance video. I tried the same on the Nikon d3500 that I have borrowed for practicing. The camera is not clicking the picture when it has a complete white surface to capture. It is not focusing anywhere. I face a similar issue when capturing the sky with this camera. How can I resolve this issue? </p>
