It’s nice how you could connect a visual to prose!

The processing seems a bit overdone. With over saturation and extra contrast, the image looks unnatural. More is not always good 🙂

Horizon can be straightened too.

Good image! I’d suggest keeping the watermark subtle. This one is distracting and drawing the attention away from the image. Watermarks don’t really help in image protection anyway.

1. In most safari scenarios, I prefer Aperture priority over Manual. Simply because that is one less decision to make in a rapidly changing situation. You can always keep an eye on the shutter speed or set a range for it.

2. Although I am at f6.3 for this particular image, I would change it to something like f8 when the subject moves closer.…
