Hello Sir , Recently I have upgraded from my canon 700d body to canon R7 now I am confused on the lens part I am planning to start on wildlife and bird photo shoot is going with basic RF 100-400 is good or considering used EF L IS2 100-400 with adapter is a good option can you please suggest
