Hi though 150-600mm would be nice combination with any body. I would suggest on buying Nikkor 200-500mm f5.6 aperture as you would like move to mirrorless in future it would work great. You will have to sacrifice 100mm extra reach but you will get wide aperture throughout the focal length.
I have been using it for more than a year its a good lens.

Need a little more details on the issue. Its not clear what the problem is.
As far as i understood you are facing issue, not being able to do exposure compensation on your camera.
-
I think your camera is set to AE Bracketing in the setting. Bracketing simply means to shoot the same subject multiple times, slightly varying the exposure settings for each image.
Press the i button to display the control strip, where you can specify the bracketing.
Turned it off and try shooting see if it helps. follow the image for reference.

If you think that it is not focusing on the right spot, then getting it calibrated by nikon is good idea.
-
not aware of any such settings.

As far as the limit of my understanding. You want to change the exposure compensation to the value -2 or +2.
To change the value in live mode just like you did with AE Bracketing, press the i button and surf to the [+/-] and change the value as you desire.
To change the value in veiwfinder in av mode press the [+/-] button on the top and rotate the dial clockwise or anti-clockwise to change the desired value.
Hope this helps you.

Intel i5/i7 11th 12th gen with 16gb ram, 256gb ssd, 2tb hdd, atleast 4gb graphic card will do wonders for editing photos.
If you are from mumbai, i can help you get one assembled as per your need.

As you mentioned about budget you can try getting refurbished laptop, it gives you the opportunity to get the required minimum configuration. I recently bought Lenovo IdeaPad 3 i5 11th gen with 8gb Ram, 512gb Ssd, 4gb graphic and full HD display. Its almost like new working flawless and i got some 6month service warranty too.
