It is beautifully camouflaged as at that age , it is their best defence. I also saw the baby after I focused through lens , by naked eye I could see only the adult female and the fawn .
Also how would you tackle the harsh light and temperature situation? Does a hood help ?

It was 0925 am but on equator the sun is already high up in the sky and it’s quite warm / hot . I did notice the lack of sharpness in the images and thought that was because I was challenging my lens optics to its maximum of 300 mm with a 5.6 aperture , therefore unable to focus on all subjects
