Happy International Tiger Day!

Crested Serpent Eagle

Kamarpatta road, Dhikala

Found this beautiful Crested Serpent Eagle sitting right in the middle of the road during one of our afternoon safari in Dhikala. Have seen/clicked the serpent eagle mainly on high branches of dried up trees but this was the first time that we bumped into it right in the middle of a road.

Shot taken during our afternoon Safari in Dhikala. We were searching for the elusive male tiger in Sherbhoji & came across a big herd of elephants. Found this mother & her cub a little different from the other herd members & took a few shots.
