<p>Later afternoon during peak summer but dense trees and this Grackle was catching worms from grassland. Quickly took out my camera and dialed in Exp Comp in Av mode got as close to ground as possible and shot this.</p>

This is as close as I could get to it, it was deep inside the tree canopy, and was much harder to spot. Didn&#8217;t think I would see it there in that place. Sri Lanka is a place of amazing birds, but this one is quite hard to find. I got lucky that day!</p>
