Yes, like sir said the extender will depend on lens that you presently own.

ef100-400 mark2 is also an excellent lens. if u can get a used one cheaper but I am not very sure about the quality of pics using a 1.4x extender.
under 3Lakhs u can get an rf100-500 and a new one

If u have the budget go for ef100-400 ii or a used one which you may get for 80-100k. the quality will be excellent and u will get. areach of 160-620.
other option is go in for sigma 150-600(reach upto 960mm). will be cheaper, but heavier.

You can trade your 80D for a canon R6 mark 2 or r8(apsc- more reach) and continue using Sigma 150-600. will be cost effective with excellent results and 30fps too
