EF 100 400 IS2 is way better option compared to RF 100 400 STM .. with adapter slight AF speed issues are certainly there but that lense is incredible in terms of sharpness , low light performance weather sealing.. R7 is already a crop sensor ..in my experience it performs well with good lenses and prime lenses..

U cannot couple RF lenses with DSLRs ..EF lenses can be coupled with mirrorless bodies with mount adapter but not vice versa

I am selling RF 35 f1.8 just in case u r interested on crop body it gives 56 at f1.8 almost equivalent to 50 f1.8 on full frame
