I was also doing some research recently. Overall it seems to be a good camera body. However 2 things need to be considered.

-it is a 21 MegaPixel camera

– Crop sensor (not a drawback though)

I am using the basic one- D3400. However planning to upgrade soon. Maybe D780 or mirrorless. Still deciding!
