Go with the Canon 200-800mm, it is better than the sigma in terms of autofocus

If you are deciding to buy a Canon R10 for wildlife photography, I would suggest the Canon R7 rather than the R10 because the R7 has more features than the R10, both having the same apsc sensor the R7 offers more fps and video features.
