For platform, try using a resolution such that in AxB px the second number B is max 900px (otherwise the platform seems to compress the image). Hope this helps.

But in this particular case, I was anticipating a dive, hence the fast shutter speed. There was ample light and I’m personally okay with a slightly high ISO in a bright environment.
