I use both the App (on iPhone) and the website everyday. I do not face any slowness issue. It mainly depends on the internet connection and your phone speed.

Honestly, as a photographer there is no need to write down the settings. Rather understand what those settings does and you need to keep changing certain settings depending on situation.
I especially noticed that the AF-C priority setting is set to AF. This will lead to issues in low light situation. I also noticed that you have set colour profile to sRBG. If you shoot in jpg mode as well, then it should be Adobe RGB.
Of course I did not go through the entire settings. Do go through the Sony camera course for A6600. It’s almost the same as your camera model. I explain everything about all the settings. Understand all the settings and arrive at your own settings.

Just go for Sony A7RV. Way advanced than the other one. And honestly R5 AF is not good for wildlife. The tracking AF is not upto mark.

I would highly recommend the Sony 200-600. You will not regret it. It’s a one-time investment and will serve you for long. For any other lens, you will have to buy the adapter as well and that will compromise the autofocus and not good.

How to win competitions is a 1-hour topic of discussion which I used to do in the past. Hope I can share that someday as a webinar soon. Honestly very difficult to explain in a message here.
Key thing is to focus on the competition guidelines and most importantly the theme. You can also check previous years winning images to get inspired.
And again, you need to have those wow images for which you need to have a strong foundation of photography along with composition skills. Go through the courses here and you will get there.

Yes, on iPad you cannot see in landscape mode, or rather the video does not rotate.

iPhone does not have any camera settings like iso aperture and shutter speed combination, nor metering or white balance (your camera model).
You can just over expose or under expose the image.
