You can go for the Nikon 200-500 lens. It’s good. Regarding night photography, I currently do not have any specific course for that. But depending on what kind of night photography you want to do, I can guide you using the current set of courses.

Hi Swapnil, I Use DaVinci Resolve for my video editing. The free one is quite good if you are not shooting / using 4K 10 bit 422.

Best thing is to shoot a front lit subject which is close and then check for sharpness. Make sure you are not using a UV filter as that kills the sharpness.

But otherwise turning off VR may not give you sharper images compared to keeping it ON technically.

AF point has no role in manual focus for focusing. And in auto focus mode it depends on the kind of AF point used.
