I use simple folders however I am migrating to photos app and organising the photos by years and events by those years. Of course I am conflicted about the choice of pictures to keep versus delete… wonder if there is a software that helps us choose the best among the few pictures like eliminating blurred pictures or bad lighting etc

I am waiting for an AI based app to solve that problem for me.
