One of my friends had the same problem on a6300. Fixed with auto cleaning + auto slow shutter on 8 page of photo settings. Don`t know how if it will work.

This problem occurred another time too, but it couldn’t bw solved with the mentioned metho. He had to send it to service centre. Problem found: small hair stuck inside.

I don’t own a Sony camera but my friend does,

As I have seen on his camera, uncompressed images preserve more details compared to compressed ones. But fps is reduced to 6 vs 10 in compressed raw
