I named her Sweetie due to her innocent looks. I encouraged her near Bhagur Village (district – Nasik). It was an evening of winters & Lighting conditions were dull. Hence tried high ISO & relatively low Shutter speed.

EYE BALL TO EYE BALL

This cat was captured on 11 Sep 22 morning approx 7. Again, he is an urban leopard,not part of any formal wildlife sanctuary and he adjusted well among humans.

Picture was captured approx 27 kms South of Nashik district ( near Bhagur village)

Thanks a ton Mr Sayed & Mr Sudhir for enlightening the nitty gritty for better photography.

when I clicked this photograph, I was on my bullet( bike), continuously following this wild cat. Time was evening around 5. That time I was not aware / never practiced BRACKETING, hence placed SS high & also ISO.

I know it was my mistake that time.…

There are number of unaccounted leopards roaming around in the urban environment mainly in central India. These leopards do not belong to any wildlife sanctuary and are well acclimatised with human habitat. One such leopard is shown in the photo, and I gave him name “ BHOLA”.
