    I have purchased the All-in-one course pack from your website on the 14<sup>th</sup> of July, 2023. My account was automatically logged in and I am able to access the features of the course

    HOWEVER, I DO NOT know the password to login in to my account. I DID NOT receive any email from your side regarding the purchase or my login credentials.

    I’ve used the forgot password/lost password feature on your website and have not received the link to reset/change my password.

    I’ve contacted you through the contact us page. No reply has been issued from your side. I’ve also tried calling you on the number provided on your website and have also tried texting on Whatsapp. No replies have been offered.

    Kindly look into this and please get the issue resolved at the earliest as I am not able to log in to your app on my mobile device.
