Kindly check the sensor of your camera body and lenses for fungus or any other damage. Get it serviced and cleaned. If you’re using uv filters, try to remove them and capture.

Wildlife, Weddings and events, Studio / Portrait Indoor, Landscape or any other activity.
Based on the purpose, it would be more convenient to decide the camera and lenses.
You will need a mirrorless full frame camera for professional works.

I would suggest you to go with Canon R6 mark ii a with RF 24-105 mm lens.
In body camera stabilization is an advanced feature which will surely help you achieve great output over only lens stabilization.

I would suggest Sony a6400 as per your budget. If you could increase your budget, then would definitely recommend Sony a6600 for better battery life stabilisation.
Remember these are Apsc cameras.
You can pair it up with 18-135 zoom lens and a prime lens as a beginner.
